Common questions
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a day or two. We are a small team in one timezone, so a message sent late on a Friday may wait until Monday. Anything that looks like a broken clip or a billing problem gets answered first.
My Short came out wrong. What should I include?
The link you pasted, roughly which part of the video you tried to clip, and what you expected to happen. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it. A screenshot of the result helps if the problem is visual, such as the framing cutting somebody off.
Can I get a refund?
If you bought a plan and have not used it, yes, within three days, no questions asked. Once Shorts have been rendered the work has been done and we cannot take it back. The full policy is on the refund page.
Do you offer support in other languages?
Write in whatever language you are comfortable with. We read English and Arabic natively and translate the rest, so a message in any language will get an answer.
What helps us fix things faster
Most reports we cannot act on are missing one of three things. If your message includes these, there is a good chance the problem is solved on the first reply rather than the third.
- The link you pasted. Some sources fail in ways that are specific to the video, not the tool.
- What you expected versus what happened. Especially for framing, where the difference between wrong and merely not to your taste matters.
- Roughly when it happened. It lets us find the job in the logs, which usually contains the real answer.
If you are reporting something visual, a screenshot beats a description every time. And if the tool did something genuinely strange, we would rather hear about it from you than discover it from a review three weeks later.
